Thanks for your interest in dining a la Cook With Nina from the comfort in your home. Your menu is selected by Cook With Nina on a rotating basis, utilizing primarily seasonal produce. Meals always include a protein source, a healthy fat source, and a small portion of complex carbohydrates. The average meal ranges between 400 and 700 calories, unless a calorie requirement is specified by the client. Every meal is gluten-free. At the time of meal pick up, you can bring the previous week’s containers to exchange for new meals. Meals are individually pre-portioned to meet your individual dietary needs, unless otherwise specified.  All dietary preferences are accommodated.
